The 500 Club is an easy and virtual way of helping to raise much needed funds for the school. For an annual payment of £10, you will be entered into a cash prize draw 3 times per year. The more members, the bigger cash prize we can offer and ultimately, more money raised for the school.
How do I become a member?

How does the PTA 500 Club work?
- Membership is £10 per academic year. This can be paid for just one year or for the entire duration of your child’s education by setting ticking the auto-renew box.
- A member can have as many entries as they wish and can be purchased at £10 each. e.g some parents have one for each child. You may also want to buy an entry as a gift for someone that you know. We are happy to gift wrap an entry with space for a special message! We currently have festive gift cards to purchase.
- Friends and family can also become members and buy additional entries at £10.
- Each entry is allocated a number.
- Numbers are entered into a cash prize draw 3 times per academic year. This is usually done at our PTA meeting. In normal circumstances members are welcome to attend the draw but we cannot currently facilitate this. Please drop us an email if you would like to watch the draw virtually.
- A 1/3 of the total money raised is allocated for the cash prize. Examples of how the 500 club can generate money for the school and prize fund are illustrated in the table below.
- Members having up to date payments only are entered into the draw.
- Some parents kindly donate but do not wish to be entered into the draw.

On behalf of ATS PTA, thank you for being a being a member of the 500 Club last year and congratulations to all our prize winners. If you have already renewed for this year, many thanks for doing so. We will be entering your details onto our new system. If you wish to renew for next year, you will receive a renewal email with a booking url to enable you to make the payment online.
If you were a member last year and are unsure if your membership renewed automatically this year, please check your standing order or direct debits as a payment will have gone out earlier this term.
