Our main fundraiser for the last few years has been our annual Bonfire and Fireworks Evening which is always a fantastic event. There is a bonfire, a stunning firework display but also a wide variety of hot food, cakes, sweets, hot and cold drinks and this has become a big school, family and community event. In 2020, we held an exciting Christmas Raffle with lots of fabulous prizes kindly donated by local businesses.
We have now added in a second large event. We held the first ‘Colour Dash’ in Spring 2016 and our second ‘Colour Dash’ took place on the 18th May 2018. So many parents, pupils and members of the public came along and joined us to running, jogging (or walking) around our course (3K and 6K courses available) as they were covered with multi-coloured powder! Hot food and refreshments were available during the race. It really was a fun, family evening!
In 2019, we hosted a very successful PTA Quiz Night. We welcomed parents, carers, pupils and members of the public into school to take part in six rounds of questions. There were lots of fantastic prizes up for grabs in the quiz, raffles and auctions. We raised a lot of money for school and everyone said they had really enjoyed the evening.
