The school nurse attends school once a month. To book an appointment to see the school nurse, please contact Mrs Bridges, via the contact form on the school website. 

Our allocated school nurse is Chantel Weatherburn. Our school nurse is a qualified paediatric nurse and has extensive experience of working with children and adolescents.

Your School Nurses work closely with many other professionals and agencies. These include: Education; Social Care; Children's Centres; Voluntary Groups; GP's; Mental Health Services; Youth and Connections

Your School Nursing Team consists of a School Nurse, Community Staff Nurses, Support Workers and administrative support.

Who do we tell?

Your contact with the School Nurse is confidential. If the nurse feels that you or someone else is not safe they will share this information but will always discuss this with you first if possible.
