Thursday 3rd March is World Book Day.  All pupils in years 7 and 8 are invited to dress up as a book character or famous author.  This is completely voluntary and should be lots of fun, but pupils must be dressed as a clear character, rather than dressing up in their own clothes.  We want to know who they are - from a book and not from a film - and the more inventive the better!  There will be prizes for the best costumes in each form.  But above all, we want pupils to have fun!  They will see that some of their teachers will be taking part too!

Another way we are celebrating World Book Day this year is by running a Read for Good Readathon and we’d love all of our pupils to join in. You can find more information about the Readathon here.
