Miss Sherwood, Head of Performing Arts, organised a primary Remembrance Day workshop on Wednesday 9th November 2022. We were delighted to welcome pupils from year 5 at Grimsargh St Michael's Church of England Primary School to school. It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm from all pupils to learn about the First World War. They were really engaged whilst learning about the artefacts from the Imperial War Museum North. They also learnt military drills, war songs and created fantastic wreaths with Ms Murphy, Head of Art, to take back to their school.
