Year 7 pupils have fun finding out about Hinduism

Yesterday, pupils in year 7 had fun finding out about Hinduism in a special RE workshop. Abhi came in to talk about the Hindu festivals of Diwali and Holi. Pupils also had the opportunity to take part in traditional and Bollywood dances and created beautiful Rangoli patterns together using coloured powders. 

"It was a lovely morning," said Mrs Fawcett, Second in RE. "The year 7's showed great enthusiasm. Thank you to Abhi for coming in to speak to pupils and lead the session."
