In some year 8 and year 9 lessons, teachers have been supporting pupils in thinking about their mental health using a tool called the worry tree. Many worries in life are out of our control and if we take time to think about which worries are out of our control we can try our best to get rid of those worries.
Here are some lovely cards produced by pupils to try and help each other think about their upcoming examinations but I’m sure they could be used by all pupils at school.
