Yesterday lunchtime, pupils in year 9 held a range of fundraising activities to raise money for Eagle's Nest School in Africa. Pupils from across the school enjoyed staff versus pupil rounders, a penalty shoot-out against staff, funfair games like toppling cans, as well as cake and sweet stalls. However, pupils particularly enjoyed the opportunity to throw wet sponges at their teachers in the stocks!

Thank you to all the amazing year 9 form tutors for your help in organising this, as well as the staff volunteers who gave up their time to join in the activities! We raised £152.61 for Eagles Nest, and it was also brilliant to see pupils and staff enjoying themselves together.
