At the end of last term, we told you about Young Quills, a competition for published historical fiction for children and young adults run by the Historical Association. Fourteen pupils from Archbishop Temple Church of England High School have taken part in reading and writing reviews of the books and we are delighted to announce that some of their reviews have featured on the Historical Association website. The association has received more than 500 reviews, so to have a review published is a fantastic achievement.
Martha reviewed Code Name Kingfisher, Jehanna reviewed Evie and Rhino, Jewel reviewed Enola Holmes and the Black Barouche and Sophie reviewed The Body in the Blitz.
You can read all the reviews here.
