Last week, Miss Ogden and Mrs Drake took twelve pupils who attend Eco Club to the Environment and Sustainability Conference at Ewood Park. They visited lots of interesting stalls at the marketplace, and took away lots of ideas to drive sustainable practice in our school. The highlights of the day were the production-line challenge (both our teams managed to earn themselves some money for their teamwork and effort), and an exciting 'trashion-show', which rounded off the day in the players' lounge. All pupils were a credit to our school and made us really proud through their exemplary behaviour and engagement in the activities. A big thank you also goes out to Miss Lewis for driving us to and from the event on the school minibus. As you can see from the photos, a great time was had by all!
