Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and came along to our Performing Arts Department’s school production of Matilda the Musical JR.
The production took place over three nights at Archbishop Temple Church of England High School and showcased the acting, singing, dancing and musical talents of our pupils.
As well as performing, pupils also took on technical roles, lighting the stage and monitoring the sound. They also worked backstage, managing costumes and set changes.
Thank you to Miss Sherwood, Miss Donnelly, Miss Lewis and Mrs Woods for organising, planning and preparing pupils for the performance. We also extend our thanks to all the members of staff who assisted with the wardrobe department, front of house, refreshments and tech. Thank you to the cast and crew, whose dedication and hard work over the past few months paid off, it was an amazing show! You should all be very proud of yourselves.
