On Monday 9th October 2023, two classes of year 9 pupils participated in an exciting online session led by GCHQ, the UK's intelligence, security and cyber agency.
The GCHQ workforce are sharing their knowledge and are partnering with businesses, charities and schools to empower the next generation of innovative minds.
During the session, pupils listened to a talk on languages, to inspire pupils in their language learning and to promote the importance of language skills in the workplace, followed by a collaborative investigative activity using their skills in the foreign language they are studying (French).
Another online session will be hosted on Wednesday 18th October for Spanish.
